📦 1. ORDERS & PAYMENT

How to place an order on the website?
Add your desired products to your cart, then click "Order." Follow the steps: enter your delivery address, choose your payment method, accept the T&Cs, and confirm. You will immediately receive a confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Payment is 100% secure via Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. Your banking data is never stored on our servers.

My payment was refused. What should I do?
Verify that:
— Your card has not expired.
— The online payment limit has not been reached.
— The billing information matches what is registered with your bank.
If the problem persists, try with PayPal or contact us via our contact form.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after payment validation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation?
Contact us within 2 hours of confirmation via our contact form. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order is already being prepared or shipped.

I haven't received my confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your junk mail (spam). If the email is not there, contact us via our contact form with your name and the email address used. We will resend the confirmation.


🚚 2. DELIVERY & TRACKING

What carrier do you use?
We ship our orders via Colissimo (La Poste). Your package is insured and tracked until delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email upon shipment.

What are the delivery times?
— Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days
— Corsica and Overseas Departments/Territories: 7 to 10 business days
During busy periods (holidays, sales, launches), allow an additional 2 to 5 days.

Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free for purchases over €60 in metropolitan France.

Are there customs fees?
For deliveries to Overseas Departments/Territories or outside the EU, customs fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

A product is out of stock. Will it come back?
We regularly restock our products. Contact us via our contact form for more information.

My package is delayed. What should I do?
If your package is not delivered within the estimated time + 5 business days, contact us via our contact form with your order number. In case of a delay exceeding 30 calendar days, you may request a full refund.

My package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Check with your neighbors or concierge. If the package remains unfound, contact us within 7 days via our contact form with your order number.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
Make reservations with the delivery person, take photos of the package and its contents, then contact us via our contact form with the photos and your order number.


🔄 3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return a product?
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Which products cannot be returned?
— Unsealed or used cosmetic products
— Sheet masks (even partially used)
— Patches (eyes, lips, nose)
— Makeup removers
— Travel-size products or samples
— Any single-use product
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

How to make a return?
Contact us via our contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the procedure and return address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

When will I be refunded?
Within 14 days of receiving the returned package, using the same payment method. You will be informed by email once the refund is processed.

I received a defective product or it's not what I ordered. What should I do?
Contact us preferably within 3 business days via our contact form with a photo and your order number. Your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) remain valid.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, absolutely. All our products are sourced directly from official distributors of the brands (COSRX, Beauty of Joseon, ANUA), compliant with European cosmetic safety standards.

How do I know if a product is right for me?
Consult the INCI list on the packaging. If in doubt, consult a dermatologist.

How to do a patch test?
1. Clean the inside of your wrist or behind your ear.
2. Apply a small amount of product.
3. Wait 24 hours without rinsing.
4. If no reaction (redness, itching, swelling): the product suits you!
In case of a reaction, rinse immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

How to store my products correctly?
Away from light, heat (below 25°C), and humidity. Respect the PAO indicated on the packaging (e.g., "6M" = 6 months after opening).

I'm new to K-beauty, where do I start?
A simple 3-step routine:
1. A gentle cleanser (morning and evening)
2. A moisturizer
3. Sunscreen in the morning

How to choose my routine according to my skin type?
Dry skin: rich textures, hydrating serums, nourishing creams.
Oily skin: light textures, niacinamide, non-comedogenic care.

Sensitive skin: fragrance-free, alcohol-free, soothing active ingredients (centella asiatica).

Yes, a large part of our selection is suitable for sensitive skin. Always perform a patch test before use.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Can I use a promo code?
Yes! Enter your code during checkout. Only one code per order, not combinable with other offers.

My promo code is not working. What should I do?

I made a mistake in my delivery address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately via our contact form with your order number and the correct address. Once the package is shipped, we can no longer change the address.

Can I group two orders to save on delivery fees?
Contact us quickly via our contact form. If the orders are not yet prepared, we will do our best.

I can't complete my order. What should I do?
