🚚 SHIPPING

Carrier

We ship all our orders via Colissimo (La Poste). Your package is insured until delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking number upon shipment.

Delivery is made to the address indicated when ordering. Rituels d'Hadiya cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Preparation Times

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after payment validation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days
  • Corsica and French overseas departments/territories: 7 to 10 business days

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier. During busy periods (holidays, sales, product launches), allow for an additional 2 to 5 days.

Shipping Costs

  • 🎁 Free delivery from €60 purchase in metropolitan France.
  • Below this amount, costs are calculated and displayed before your order is confirmed.
  • For deliveries to French overseas departments/territories or outside the EU, customs fees or local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing your Colissimo tracking number. You can track your delivery in real-time on La Poste's website.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately via our contact form with your order number and the correct address. Once the package has been shipped, no modifications will be possible.

Package not received despite being marked "Delivered"

First, check with your neighbors, your building manager, or your mailbox. If the package remains unfound, contact us within 7 days via our contact form with your order number. We will open an investigation with La Poste.

Damaged package upon receipt

If your package is damaged upon delivery:
1. Make precise reservations with the delivery person at the time of delivery.
2. Take photos of the package and its contents.
3. Send us the photos with your order number via our contact form as soon as possible.
We will offer you a replacement or a refund.

Delivery delay

In case of a delay exceeding the indicated times + 5 business days, contact us. If the delay exceeds 30 calendar days without justification from the carrier, you can request:
— The cancellation of your order with a full refund.
— A suitable solution depending on your situation (re-shipment, voucher).
In accordance with article L216-1 of the Consumer Code.

🔄 RETURNS

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must be:
✅ Unopened
✅ Unused
✅ In its original intact packaging
✅ Complete (with all its accessories)

Products not eligible for return

For hygiene reasons, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code:
❌ Unsealed or used cosmetic products
❌ Fabric masks (even partially used)
❌ Patches (eyes, lips, nose)
❌ Makeup remover products
❌ Travel-size products or samples
❌ Single-use products
❌ Personalized products

How to make a return?

1. Contact us via our contact form with:
— Your order number
— The product(s) concerned
— The reason for the return
2. We will confirm the procedure within 24 to 48 business hours.
3. Return the product with a mandatory tracking number to the address that will be provided to you.

⚠️ Important: Without proof of shipment with a tracking number, no refund can be made in case of loss by the carrier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Incomplete return

In the event of an incomplete return (missing accessories, promotional gifts not returned), a markdown of up to 20% of the total price of the product may be applied.

Defective product or order error

Contact us preferably within 3 business days of receipt via our contact form with a photo of the product and your order number. Beyond this period, your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) remain fully valid.

💳 REFUNDS

Refund period

The refund is made using the same payment method as that used for the order, within 14 days after receipt of the returned package or provision of proof of shipment. You will be informed by email as soon as the refund is processed.

Legal Guarantees

  • 🔒 Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) — at no cost to the customer.
  • 🔒 Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code).
